Carefully hand-harvested, traditionally fermented, and matured in fine French oak barrels, this Merlot showcases both purity of fruit and elegant structure, a hallmark of this prestigious terroir.

Bouquet
Fragrant and layered with aromas of ripe black plum, cassis, dark chocolate, and a hint of sweet cedar.

Palate
Smooth and medium to full-bodied with rich black fruits, silky tannins, fine oak spice, and a flowing, elegant finish. Vibrant yet perfectly polished.

Food Pairing
Perfect with rosemary-crusted lamb, slow-braised beef cheeks, mushroom and thyme risotto, or a classic French duck confit. Also delicious with a sharp cheddar.
