Winemaking Chêne Bleu Rosé 2022 hails from high-altitude vineyards on the border of Provence and the Rhône Valley, where cool nights preserve freshness and precision. This is a small-batch, organically farmed rosé made from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Rolle. Gently pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel, it’s a dry, gastronomic rosé with texture, minerality, and poise.
Bouquet Elegant and lifted with aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, grapefruit zest and rose petal. Hints of fresh herbs and wet stone bring complexity and freshness.
Palate Crisp and finely textured, the palate reveals layers of red berry, citrus and stone fruit. A subtle creaminess from time on lees balances vibrant acidity, finishing long, dry and mineral with a whisper of spice and Provençal herbs.
Food Pairing Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, Niçoise salad, goat cheese or charcuterie. Also perfect with sushi, ratatouille or summer risotto.
Cellaring Designed to be enjoyed now for its freshness and detail, but can cellar gracefully for 2–3 years thanks to its structure and acidity.
Interesting Fact Chêne Bleu is often called the “first Super Rhône” thanks to its combination of Burgundian winemaking finesse and Rhône varietals—its rosé has even been served at Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.
