Château Gassier Esprit rosé IGP

Château Gassier Esprit Rosé is crafted in the IGP Sainte-Victoire region of Provence, using a classic blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes are harvested at night to retain freshness, then gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. The result is a beautifully pale, crisp and expressive rosé that reflects the finesse of southern French winemaking.

Bouquet
Delicate and perfumed with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. Notes of rose petal, grapefruit and peach blossom add floral charm.

Palate
Dry and elegant with bright acidity and a fine, silky texture. Flavours of citrus, melon and soft red berries glide over a fresh, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled seafood, summer salads, goat’s cheese or Mediterranean dishes. Also lovely with tapas, tomato-based starters or as a stylish aperitif.
