Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé 2012

A white gold color with very fine and very persistent bubbles. A nose of great complexity, very flowery. with notes of citrus and white peaches. A lively bright, and present wine of great finesse which gives way to a beautiful minerality and notes of grapefruit on the finish. 2012 was a low-yielding vintage. The dry and sunny summer allowed exceptional maturation of the grapes which were harvested in perfect ripeness and quality. 10 years aging.

Chardonnay 50%. Pinot Noir 50%. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant, Chouilly). Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims (Bouzy, Aÿ, Verzy,  Mailly, Rilly-la-Montagne).
