This unique process involves maintaining a wine reserve in stainless steel tanks, from which 25% is drawn annually to form 75% of this exquisite Blanc de Blancs. The void left by the withdrawn wine is replenished with the latest Chardonnay selection, ensuring a continuous evolution of flavour and depth. Our Solera commenced in 2016, built upon a foundation of the four preceding vintages, resulting in a wine of unparalleled complexity and character.

Adorned with a lemon yellow hue and silver highlights, this Blanc de Blancs offers a nose of delightful toast and almond, unfolding to reveal fruitier aromas of yellow stone fruit, citrus zest, and a delicate floral touch.
