Crafted by the historic Billecart-Salmon Champagne house, this non-vintage cuvée is a precise blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from some of the best crus in Champagne. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, with extended ageing on lees enhancing depth and finesse. The reserve wines in the blend provide remarkable consistency and complexity.
