Winemaking & Maturation
Crafted with precision, this wine underwent gentle destemming and maceration for three weeks before being pressed into French oak barriques (20% new). Following wild fermentation, it matured in barrel for three years, then rested in tank for two more years. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, it remains vegan-friendly and beautifully authentic.
