Bulleit Bourbon

Bulleit Bourbon is distilled in Kentucky using a high-rye mash bill that sets it apart from softer, wheat-based bourbons. The recipe features around 28% rye, giving it its signature bold, spicy character. Aged in charred American oak barrels and bottled at 45% ABV, Bulleit is known for its clean, crisp finish and frontier-style heritage.

Aroma
Bright and spicy on the nose with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, dried orange peel, and vanilla. Hints of oak, leather, and toasted grain add depth and character.

Palate
Full-flavoured and dry with a backbone of rye spice, balanced by toffee, clove, and subtle sweetness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak and a touch of black pepper.

Serving Suggestions
Perfect neat, on the rocks, or in a bold Old Fashioned. Its spice-forward profile also makes it ideal for Manhattans or whisky sours.

Cellaring
Best consumed within 1–2 years of opening. Store sealed in a cool, dark place for maximum freshness and flavour.

Interesting Fact
Inspired by a 150-year-old family recipe, Bulleit Bourbon was revived in the 1980s by Tom Bulleit, whose ancestor first crafted it in the 1830s. Today, it’s one of the world’s most recognisable American whiskies.
