Barton & Guestier Vouvray Les Petites Parcelles 2020

Les Petites Parcelles Vouvray 2020 is made from 100 percent Chenin Blanc grown in the limestone and clay soils of the Loire Valley. Barton & Guestier carefully vinify this cuvée to highlight the grape’s natural elegance and balance. Fermentation in stainless steel maintains purity and fruit expression, while a touch of residual sugar adds roundness and harmony without becoming overtly sweet.

Bouquet
Fragrant and inviting, with aromas of acacia, quince, honeysuckle and ripe apple. Hints of beeswax and citrus blossom offer lift and charm.

Palate
Smooth and gently off dry with flavours of pear, baked apple, lemon curd and a hint of honey. Balanced acidity gives freshness through a silky, lingering finish.

Food Pairing
A versatile match for pâté, soft cheeses, chicken terrine or lightly spiced Asian dishes. Also a lovely option with fruit tarts or creamy desserts.
