Distilled in the heart of the Coromandel Peninsula, Awildian Dry Gin is a small-batch expression crafted with native botanicals and wild coastal inspiration. The distillers use vapour infusion to gently extract the character of juniper, lemon myrtle, kawakawa, and other carefully chosen ingredients—creating a gin that is both grounded in nature and distinctly New Zealand.
Bouquet Bright and aromatic. Juniper leads with clarity, supported by fresh citrus, soft herbal layers and a subtle hint of native greenery.
Palate Clean and crisp. Flavours of lemon, pine, and earthy spice unfold across the palate, with kawakawa adding a gentle peppery warmth. The finish is dry, refreshing, and quietly complex.
