From one of Marlborough’s most innovative producers, Ant Moore Pinot Gris 2024 is made with minimal intervention and a focus on purity of expression. Fruit is harvested from estate vineyards in the Southern Valleys, gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve bright aromatics and varietal freshness. A short period on lees adds subtle roundness to the palate without compromising the wine’s clean, fruit-driven style.
Bouquet
Fresh and aromatic, with notes of nashi pear, white peach, and spring blossom. A hint of citrus peel and soft spice lends lift and complexity, making the bouquet feel bright and inviting.
Palate
Light to medium-bodied, the palate is crisp and lively with flavours of poached pear, nectarine, and a hint of ginger. A soft, creamy texture is balanced by clean acidity and a dry, refreshing finish. Modern, pure, and effortlessly drinkable.
Food Pairing
Perfect with grilled chicken and mango salsa, seafood laksa, or a fresh pear and walnut salad. Also a brilliant choice for summer grazing boards or casual al fresco dining.
Cellaring
Best enjoyed young to capture its freshness and vibrancy, but can be cellared for 2–3 years, during which it will develop a softer, rounder profile and gentle spice complexity.
