Distillation & Maturation
Produced at the Knockdhu Distillery in the Highlands, anCnoc 12 Year Old is a light and approachable single malt that’s often mistaken for a Speyside due to its fresh, floral character. Aged for 12 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled at 40%, it’s known for its balance, clarity and gentle complexity—making it a perfect introduction to Highland malts.

Nose
Delicate and clean with notes of green apple, honey, lemon zest and soft vanilla. Hints of hay, white flowers and fresh barley add brightness.

Palate
Smooth and medium-bodied, the palate offers sweet citrus, toffee, pear and gentle spice. Light oak and a creamy malt backbone lead to a soft, lingering finish with a touch of nuttiness. Easy-going and elegant from start to finish.

Food Pairing
Pair with roast chicken, apple tart or creamy brie. Also a lovely match for lemon shortbread or seafood dishes like scallops or smoked salmon.

Cellaring
Best enjoyed now for its freshness and fruit-driven style. A great go-to malt that holds its character well after opening.
