Distillation & Maturation Produced at the Knockdhu Distillery in the Highlands, anCnoc 12 Year Old is a light and approachable single malt that’s often mistaken for a Speyside due to its fresh, floral character. Aged for 12 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and bottled at 40%, it’s known for its balance, clarity and gentle complexity—making it a perfect introduction to Highland malts.
Nose Delicate and clean with notes of green apple, honey, lemon zest and soft vanilla. Hints of hay, white flowers and fresh barley add brightness.
