Made entirely from estate-grown Pinot Noir, Amisfield Rosé 2024 is a dry, sophisticated style crafted from early-picked fruit grown in the Pisa subregion of Central Otago. The grapes were gently pressed after brief skin contact to extract colour and delicate aromatics. Fermented cool in stainless steel and left on fine lees for a short time, the wine retains freshness while gaining texture and complexity.
Bouquet Fragrant and pure with notes of wild strawberry, watermelon and white cherry. Hints of rose petal, citrus peel and crushed herbs bring vibrancy.
Palate Crisp and dry with a silky texture and refreshing acidity. Flavours of redcurrant, cranberry and grapefruit are wrapped around a mineral core. The finish is long, lifted and beautifully balanced.
Food Pairing Perfect with grilled salmon, fresh goat’s cheese, watermelon and feta salad or charcuterie. Also excellent as an aperitif or with summer seafood.
