Amisfield Dry Riesling 2024 is made from estate-grown fruit in Central Otago’s Pisa subregion, where cool alpine conditions and long sunshine hours produce wines with vibrancy and precision. The fruit was hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented with selected yeasts at low temperatures. A small portion spent time on lees to build texture while retaining the crisp, linear style that defines the Amisfield Riesling expression.
Bouquet Bright and expressive with notes of lime zest, green apple and white blossom. Subtle hints of jasmine, flint and lemon verbena bring aromatic lift.
Palate Bone dry and finely structured, with racy acidity and a pure mineral thread. Citrus and orchard fruit flavours flow into a clean, focused finish with a refreshing saline edge.
