Production & Maturation
1800 Blanco Tequila is made from 100% blue Weber agave, harvested at peak ripeness and double distilled for purity. The spirit is briefly rested in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant agave character, resulting in a smooth, well-balanced blanco ideal for both sipping and mixing. Bottled at 38%, this tequila is a staple for clean, agave-forward enjoyment.

Nose
Fresh and floral with bright agave, lime zest, pepper and a touch of citrus blossom. A subtle minerality adds structure and lift.

Palate
Clean and smooth, with flavours of sweet agave, white pepper, green herbs and soft citrus. The texture is light yet silky, with a crisp, dry finish and just a hint of spice.

Food Pairing
Perfect with fresh seafood, guacamole, grilled chicken or ceviche. Also great in margaritas or served neat with a wedge of lime.

Cellaring
