As everyone jets off to tropical islands this winter, here's a cocktail to join them in spirit (pun intended). Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane is the best on the market, with nothing artificial—on its own, it's like caramelised banana bread. Combined with R.L. Seale's 10 Year Old Rum, it's a match made in heaven.
Ingredients:
60mL R.L. Seale's 10 Year Old Rum
20mL Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane
2 dashes of Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Method:
Stir the rum, Crème de Banane, and bitters together.
Strain the mixture.
Pour over a large cube of ice.
