Despite the challenges of the growing season, the calm weather following cyclone Gabrielle provided the Malbec grapes with the necessary conditions to develop the delightful flavours characteristic of this Zaria Malbec Rosé. Harvested and pressed on March 28th, the distinctive bright pink colour of the Malbec juice brought reassurance during a demanding harvest. A slow, gentle fermentation process at temperatures between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius ensured the preservation of the fresh fruity aromas that define our rosé. With a vibrant and lively palate entry, expect to be greeted by notes of wild strawberries, fresh cherries, and pink grapefruit, creating an invigorating tasting experience.
