Hand-harvested and wild fermented, this wine is matured in French oak to preserve purity and showcase the vineyard’s expressive style.

Bouquet
Bright and aromatic with red cherry, wild strawberry, thyme and a subtle hint of spice.

Palate
Silky and lively with juicy red berries, fine tannins, savoury notes, and a mineral-driven finish. Pure and fresh, with beautiful energy.

Food Pairing
Perfect with lamb cutlets, mushroom cannelloni, roast chicken with thyme, or a beetroot and goat’s cheese salad. Also pairs well with soft Brie.

Cellaring
Drinking beautifully now or cellar through to 2032 for greater complexity. A light decant will enhance aromatics if drinking young.
