Winemaking
Made from certified organic Pinot Noir grapes grown in Marlborough, Odyssey Rosé 2023 is crafted in a dry, Provence-inspired style. The fruit was gently pressed to extract just the right amount of colour, then cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve brightness, aromatics, and natural vibrancy.

Bouquet
Delicate aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon, and pink grapefruit, with floral hints of rose petal and citrus blossom.

Palate
Fresh and dry, with flavours of red berries, blood orange, and a touch of stone fruit. Crisp acidity gives it a lively texture, while the finish is clean and refreshing with a subtle savoury edge.

Food Pairing
Perfect with summer salads, grilled salmon, goat’s cheese, or Mediterranean platters. Also delicious as a chilled aperitif on a warm afternoon.
