Hebe Natural White 2023/24

Hebe "White" is a naturally made organic wine. Made using handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Gris grapes it encompasses the terroir of the Golden Triangle of Hexton Gisborne Southern Valley Vineyard and natural winemaking.... nothing added and nothing taken away. These wines are unfiltered and un-fined. All yeast and bacteria come from the grape and the fining comes from its time on its own discarded yeast cells in barrel.

Variety:  50 % Marlborough Pinot Gris 2022  50% Gisborne Chardonnay 2023 
Harvest: Handpicked the Pinot Gris on 17th  March 2022 and  Gisborne Chardonnay 5th March 2023.
Cellaring : 2024-2026

This slightly hazy wine presents aromas of butterscotch, tropical fruits, and citrus. A hint of minerality, combined with vibrant fruit acidity, creates a lingering finish with rich texture and depth of character. Dry in style.
