The palate is robust yet elegant, featuring velvety tannins and flavors of ripe dark berries, complemented by nuances of spice and tobacco. Hand-harvested grapes undergo meticulous selection and are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before aging for 18-24 months in French oak barrels, with a significant proportion of new wood.
